"I absolutely love the layout of the house. I looked at a number of floorplans, and had been leaning towards another design, but when I walked into the Wakefield model, I knew it was the right house. The layout is very open and conducive to entertaining.

I'd heard nothing but good things about the quality of a Heartland Home. A number of my friends have built homes with Ryan and Maronda, and they weren't satisfied with the product. I loved the attention to detail and the little extra "finishes" that went into creating each home.

The building process was absolutely fabulous. I didn't have any problems. I was busy with tax season, and didn't have the time to be "hands on", but I felt entirely comfortable with everyone involved in the building process. Any questions I had were addressed promptly and professionally.

I'm a big cheerleader of Heartland Homes. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. The entire process was seamless, fun, and exciting. I am trying to get my friends to by all the empty lots next to me!"
